The ACM SIGGRAPH Education Committee works to support Computer Graphics education as well as the use of Computer Graphics in education. "Computer Graphics" education encompasses technical, creative, and developmental studies in curricular areas ranging from computer science to digital arts.

At SIGGRAPH 2008, Steve Cunningham, Lawrence Rosenblum and Mike McGrath offered a course titled "The Art of Proposal Writing" organized by Barb Helfer. The ACM SIGGRAPH 2008 Education Committee Annual Report may be downloaded here. This annual report is an overview of the Education Committee's programs and activities for 2007/2008. The second half of this publication is a full color catalog of the 2008 SpaceTime Student Competition & Exhibition. Be sure to visit the new Space-Time Student Gallery at the SIGGRAPH 2008 conference in Los Angeles this summer.
