Printed Work

  • Graphic Design Posters and Fine Art Work

  • Printed on Photo Satin Paper
  • Mounted on Foam Core
  • 40 Labels Mounted on Foam Core
  • Each piece will have Velcro Strips for Hanging
  • 2 Sets
    • Large – 17” x 24”
    • Small – 11” x 17”

  • 4 Works per CD
  • Quicktime and Flash Player 9 Required
  • DVD Player Required
  • 2 Video Capture Devices Provided
    • Clip on top of monitor
    • USB plug
  • View on Computer Monitors or Touch Screens

Animation

  • Duration – Approximately 1hr.
  • Monitor or other Visual Display Screen Required

Packaging and Shipping

  • Space Time Traveling Curator will ship the work out to the first venue using Fed Ex (Cost covered by Education Committee Funds)
  • Packaging Procedures will Entail:
  • Cardboard Box
  • Bubble Wrap / Packing Peanuts as necessary
  • After this each venue will ship to next venue
  • Traveling Curator will provide venue with forwarding shipping address before or during the duration of the show
  • If need be each venue may need to store work for a period of time either before or after the duration of the show
  • Shipping Costs are covered by those hosting the show

Recommendations for Next Year

  • Wooden crate instead of cardboard box
  • Photo documentation of each show required (add this to the venue form)
  • Photos posted on website along with venues
  • Checklist e-mailed to me upon arrival at each venue
  • Float mounted instead of Velcro strips
