SIGGRAPH Conference Submission Option

ACM SIGGRAPH Education Resources

The ACM SIGGRAPH Education Committee offers valuable online resources to the education community. Those submitting content to a SIGGRAPH conference (like you) can indicate on the submission form whether they like to be contacted about possible publication of their submission to the Education Committee website.

cgSource_s.pngWe have ongoing efforts to collect and publish materials of value to Computer Graphics and Digital Arts educators and professionals in cgSource. These materials are not formally peer reviewed, but can be publicly reviewed and rated by the community at large. Before publication, materials are evaluated on basic criteria, like whether the content is appropriate, of sufficient technical quality, and expected of value to educators.

When you submit, you have the option of indicating interest in being contacted about your submission, regardless of whether your submission to the conference is selected for inclusion in the conference. There are two options:

  1. Should this submission to the SIGGRAPH conference NOT be selected for inclusion in the conference, you may opt-in to have your submitted materials forwarded to the ACM SIGGRAPH Education Committee for consideration.
  2. Should this submission to the SIGGRAPH conference BE selected for inclusion in the conference, you may opt-in to make a separate, modified submission to the ACM SIGGRAPH Education Committee for consideration. In such a case, the submitted materials must be modified so as not to conflict with the conference-accepted materials published by the ACM Digital Library. The modified submission may also consist of supplementary materials or resources not included in the original submission.
