Problems of Overprinting This slide shows the effects of overprinting two screens under the same angle with slightly different registrations. The distinct results make clear that this process is extremely sensitive to misregistrations. Therefore typically in color printing the different screens are produced under different angles to reduce the tendency to moiré buildup
