The ACM SIGGRAPH Education Committee works to support Computer Graphics education as well as the use of Computer Graphics in education, It sponsors a variety of projects and activities involving volunteers from around the world.

The ACM SIGGRAPH Education Committee sponsors the SpaceTime juried international student art/design competition and online exhibition for 2025. Students are asked to create a graphic poster for SIGGRAPH 2025, which is scheduled to take place in August in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. The poster must refer directly to SIGGRAPH and include the word “SIGGRAPH” and/or the SIGGRAPH logo as part of the design.

The Faculty Submitted Student Work, or FSSW, is an online archive of assignment and project briefs as well as an exhibition of the student work created for those projects. Sponsored by the ACM SIGGRAPH Education Committee and designed as a way for educators to share their project ideas across schools and disciplines, this annual exhibition of work during the SIGGRAPH conference also offers a venue for participants to see the student work.
