&lt;p&gt;This SIGGRAPH course, originally presented at SIGGRAPH 2014,opens with an introduction of the conference itself. After about 10 minutes an explanation of The Graphics Process starts. It may be a somewhat technical approach to CG, but many basic concepts are explained and is pretty thorough without assuming prior knowledge.&lt;/p&gt;
