If you would like to suggest a web site, publication, article, or other item, please email James Marinez, Primary & Secondary (K-12) Education Coordinator ( james_martinez [at] siggraph.org ).

Daniel C. Cornell
In continued support of our mission we are posting two new web sites. Both are run by Daniel C. Cornell. A very inspiring High School teacher in Colorado. Digital Evolutions and 3DTeachers.com are a great resources. Digital Evolutions is an accelerated exploratory technology program, introducing students to graphic design, multimedia, programming, and video production, with a heavy focus on 3D visualization & animation.

http://www.digital-evolutions.org/de.html

3DTeachers.com is a resource that helps other teachers with both students and curriculum. Dan has many great ideas for both student and teacher on this site.

Jim Moulton
Jim spoke at the AIMS technology retreat in 2006. He has allowed us to post a link to his web page. The following is a quote that sums up his philosophy.

"You see, rather than technology-based unit plans, I would advocate for real-world efforts that make effective use of technology. Putting the "why" before the "how.""

David Warlick
In 2007, David spoke at the AIMS Technology Conference. His philosophy revolves around information. The following quote is the first thing you read on his web site.

“This Web site is dedicated to the idea that the very nature of information is changing, practically before our eyes. It is changing in what it looks like, where we find it, what we look at to view it, what we can do with it, and how we communicate it. Here you will find information and tools designed to help us redefine literacy for the 21st Century.”
